Welcome to our App This Please meme! Here is where current players can make requests for who they'd like to see in the game, as well as where potential players can put up their own advertisements to get a feel for whether or not their character would fit in Santa Rosita. To participate, simply fill out the form that suits you best below. For information on our current player count, please check out the Taken page. NOTE: As talked about here, WSH is currently taking a game-wide hiatus from all plot-related activity and events until May. Originally, our plan was to have an app round at the end of May — however, after reevaluating our IRL schedules and where we are as a mod team, we've decided to change course a bit and press on with opening applications a month early at the end of April. This means reserves will be open on April 10th and applications will be open on April 20th. The calendar will be updated to reflect these changes. Please keep in mind that although April will be an app month, there will still be diminished mod activity and no events until May. We would also like to remind current players that March and April are still check-in months. This means you do not need to submit threads as proof of AC. To stay in the game, all you need to do is post a comment to your Activity thread informing us that, well, you're still here. CANON: The Walking Dead Final Season (Game)
CHARACTER: Violet
ABOUT THEM: First impressions worst impressions, am I right? Vi's not shy. She's just maladjusted, sarcastic, occasionally rude, and more than a little traumatized. An alcoholic upbringing and zombie apocalypse will do that to a girl. Don't expect a load of poor me stories, though. Not much can break through this veneer of sarcasm and inappropriate humor to the tender insides. She's always up for a card game or a round of Truth or Dare as an ice breaker and when needed, a meat cleaver to break other things.

Violet will be 100% conflicted about adhering to 1960s social norms as she fits them very little, both as an independent and headstrong 19 year old woman and a lesbian, versus having electricity, hot water, and regular meals. She probably doesn't break a hundred pounds soaking wet and barely tops 5'2". She's pretty sure whatever this place can throw at her, she has seen worse. (She's also probably wrong, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Considering she can open up with a little coaxing and is a good, loyal friend once she does, I'd love to see her figuring out who to trust and what to do about it, especially during the times things seem more "normal." She's also best with people who can give as good as they get with the teasing.
