ROLE & FAMILY MEMBERS: single dad..... what a life.... living with Ms. Fake Names herself inpersonation
HOUSING: 102 Loomis Drive PLEASE indulge me with a block party Loomis pals
EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATION: Connie will be your local perfume kiosk guy at Honeybees, or just shuffled around to various floor positions in said 'bees, which he will love for the social aspect and be bored by everything else.
REGULAR HAUNTS:

- around The Neighborhood
- marveling at packaged food in the grocery store
- at....work?
- in other people's neighborhoods, he may just go door to door and introduce himself, he's trying to have fun
- he might loiter around Town Hall just because he is actually In Government at home and a man cannot help being curious
- Diner: very cute, very novel, he'll be there, milkshakes will make him sick and he'll drink more anyway
- parks/lake/etc: he likes nature, come lie in the grass with him and think about life, get lost in the woods, whatever!!
- he will NOT be going near any doctors because those are terrifying

HANDWAVED CR OPTIONS: He's absurdly ready to mingle and make friends so feel free to handwave that he just walked up one day and started chattering about TV commercials or packaged cheese or whatever. Any of the haunts are handwave-able, of course. Will he join the PTA? Maybe. Other than that he's new, so, I'm open to suggestions! He can't cook, period, but he might just make his best attempt and go offer his own hazardous jello creations to the neighbors to Make Friends. Please be his friend.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND: As always, my default comment: he's a millennial but from roughly fantasy 17th century times. At home-home he's a governor prince in a young colonial city, his parents resent him for breathing, he feels like he was robbed of a proper childhood/coming of age Adventure, now he's a grown adult with a real job and it's kind of dull! He's sickly and fragile but still likes to party and gets into fights he can't win sometimes, you know how it be...

He will tell almost anyone most of this, because he's like that as a person, but he also trusts like two people in the entire world and one of them only by association, so! He's an open book with a lot of [REDACTED] pages.

Or: While Connie is not out to stan the town, he's gotta admit, the creature comforts and lack of plague/assassinations/political machinations (that he has to be involved in) are pretty tight. Of course, he has trust issues, so it's clearly too good to be true— so I guess, broadly: do you need a charming front man for your inevitable mystery-solving? He's better in support than coming up with his own plans for... reasons, but he can be swayed to a cause easily enough. I offer him up as sidekick.

That is more long term so short term, HMM— he's a ye olde and doesn't know what half this stuff is, there's that. He will definitely march into the forest one day to see what happens. If it sounds reckless and fun, he'll probably be interested.

Hello hello new neighbor, I hope Constantin is ready to live across the street from the two brothers and their occasional decoration rivalries. Papyrus might try to rope other neighbors into it, so he may well meet Constantin with helpful advice about fitting in and avoiding zombies and carnivorous reindeer.

Based on everyone's posts to the cr meme so far, I think Pam with the Tupperware parties is the best bet for a PC-instigated neighborhood party. Maybe they'll cross paths at such an event!
