NAME: Ellie
AGE: Around 21 or 22.
ROLE & FAMILY MEMBERS: Ellie is the wife of Raymond Gilette and they're both gay. He's got style and class and she makes molotovs in the garage. It's great!

EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATION: None.
REGULAR HAUNTS: The hardware store. Or the outskirts of town. Ellie is used to living an isolated life and the town itself is unnerving and stressful for her so she tends to spend long periods of time in isolation.
HANDWAVED CR OPTIONS: Feel free to have seen Ellie around acting like a weirdo.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND: Ellie is a zombie apocalypse survivor from the year 2040. A year or so ago she went on a violent murder spree in the city of Seattle to avenge her dead father figure (who was killed as retribution for when he killed a faction that was going to kill Ellie for a cure). It left Ellie with broken arm, a dead friend and further crippling PTSD that she's desperately trying to ignore in her attempt to live a normal life on a farm with her girlfriend and her son.

So DOUR STUFF. However, when Ellie lets her guard down, she can actually be a pretty fun companion. She likes stupid humor, especially puns, and she's a huge nerd who likes science-fiction and dinosaurs.
CURRENT PLANS/POTENTIAL HOOKS: Ellie is considering the idea that they are being held captive by outside forces, possibly something like aliens, in a simulated reality. She wants to hunt for clues about who is in control and what their goals are (may or may not include torture).

TRIGGERS/PERMISSIONS: Here. TLOU is a pretty dark canon and covers a lot of dark subject matter. Ellie herself has engaged in violent murder and torture of other people. I always try to warn if anything comes up in a thread specifically.

DESIRED CR: -I WOULD LOVE FRIENDS FOR ELLIE. She's been isolated for a long time and to survive, she's going to have to get out of her shell. So I'd love for people that she can learn to trust and actually show a bit of her goofy side.

-People who are fellow nerds who can come up with sci-fi theories about what the hell is going on here.

-Anyone else who is likely to use violence to get what they want.
UNWANTED CR: N/A though I'm definitely wary of situations where Ellie would get manipulated and denied her agency since that's sure been... her life.
